PANPASTEL MEDIUM - WHITE COARSE

Pearlescent mediums add lustrous sheen / shimmer effects which changes depending on the angle it is viewed from, also creating dimension. They are mica based. Create your own custom pearlescent colors by mixing with PanPastel Colors.

WHITE: Tint colors and add a soft pearlescent sheen.
COARSE: Contains larger mica particles for more shimmery sparkle.
